	It's hard to tell the bluish paper variety of the 5 cent, being that the design is blue. The ink from the press can, or washing the stamp can tone the paper outside of the design a bluish tint. The authentic bluish paper will look more gray than blue. However in either case you can always send it in for authenticity. 	Thanks for sharing. The stamps themselves have no premium value. In fact they are worth a fraction of face value, perhaps $5 total. However the signature likely adds some value to the right collector, though it would likely be a comic collector rather than a stamp collector. I'm sure someone who is both exists and they may be willing to pay some more. 	Hi @tomsaber ! Welcome to stamp collectors. This is a good place to learn more about philately and ask questions. Other good resources would joining a stamp collecting group on Facebook. My group U.S. Stamp Shop sells 75 stamp lots each week, so its a good place to see how much stamps are being sold for based on their rarity and condition. You can also monitor and watch what sells on ebay. Just be sure to look at finished listings that actually sold, and NOT what people are asking for a stamp.
