It’s confusing to me to have so many rare stamps nearly a 100 years old, and from both the USA and Middle East, yet I can’t sell them? I’m surprised I didn’t have any rare ones in this collection. or do I?

Thanks for sharing photos. I’m not seeing any single stamp that has any value. They are all common. It looks to be beginner or hobbyist collection. You can get a second opinion from one of the stamp dealers on this page https://stampcollectors.us/stamp-collection-appraisals/#stampappraisals
