My stepfather passed away and going through his stuff I found a wide collection of stamps and coins. Most of them are from the 50s and 60s. And some of the ’70s I just want to know if they have any value. I think I found some 80 students but he also has a bunch of foreign stamps from Vietnam and Portugal and other countries. What would be the best way to get it evaluated?
