Is there a site or resource that lists values for mint sheets? Brookman has something in their catalog, but I’m told it is a price for purchase from Brookman.

Brookman is the go-to I usually use for sheet values. I treat their pricing like a Scott catalogue value. I would aim to get anywhere from 10%-50% catalogue value depending on condition.
