Stamp Collectors LLC operates a multi-vendor online marketplace at https://shop.stampcollectors.us (the “Marketplace”). Independent third-party sellers list and sell products directly to buyers through the Marketplace. Stamp Collectors LLC provides the Marketplace platform only and is not the seller of record for items sold by independent sellers.
All payments for Marketplace transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal. Stamp Collectors LLC does not process payments, does not hold buyer funds, and does not store complete payment credentials.
Accepted Payment Method
PayPal is the sole payment method accepted on the Marketplace. Buyers must complete checkout using PayPal’s secure payment flow. Available funding sources depend on the buyer’s PayPal account and may include PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, debit cards, or credit cards, subject to PayPal’s terms. Stamp Collectors LLC does not accept payments outside of PayPal and does not support offline or direct seller payments.
Payment Processing and Funds Flow
When a buyer places an order on the Marketplace, PayPal processes the payment in accordance with its User Agreement and related policies. Funds are transferred by PayPal directly from the buyer to the seller’s PayPal account. Stamp Collectors LLC does not receive, intermediate, or retain buyer funds. Transaction authorization, settlement, receipts, and payment status are determined by PayPal. Buyers and sellers are responsible for maintaining PayPal accounts in good standing and complying with PayPal’s applicable terms.
Billing Timing
Buyers are charged at the time an order is placed and completed through PayPal. Transaction statuses, including pending, completed, refunded, or reversed, are governed by PayPal’s systems and policies and may appear on the buyer’s PayPal account statement accordingly.
Currency
All Marketplace prices are displayed in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated. If currency conversion applies, it is handled by PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s currency conversion policies and fee structure.
Fees and Charges
Stamp Collectors LLC does not charge buyers additional marketplace payment fees beyond the item price listed by the seller, shipping charges displayed at checkout, and applicable taxes if required by law. Any PayPal transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other payment-related charges are governed by PayPal’s terms and are disclosed during PayPal checkout.
Taxes
Stamp Collectors LLC does not calculate or collect sales tax on behalf of sellers. Independent sellers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes related to their sales in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and payment-related claims are handled through PayPal. Buyers must submit disputes or claims through PayPal’s Resolution Center. Eligible transactions may qualify for PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. PayPal determines dispute outcomes, refund eligibility, and chargeback resolutions. Stamp Collectors LLC does not issue refunds directly and does not adjudicate payment disputes outside of PayPal’s processes. Refund policies for individual items are set by independent sellers and described in the Marketplace Return and Refund Policy.
Payment Security
PayPal uses industry-standard encryption, fraud monitoring, and security controls to protect payment information. Stamp Collectors LLC does not have access to buyers’ full payment account details and does not store sensitive payment credentials. Buyers are responsible for maintaining the security of their PayPal login credentials.

Stamp Collectors LLC operates the Marketplace platform only. PayPal acts as the payment processor. Independent sellers are the sellers of record and are responsible for fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and tax compliance. Buyers enter into transactions directly with sellers through PayPal. This role separation is intended to provide transparency and comply with marketplace disclosure requirements.
PayPal Terms
Use of PayPal services is subject to PayPal’s User Agreement, Buyer Protection policies, Seller Protection policies, and Privacy Policy. Buyers and sellers must review and comply with PayPal’s terms when using the Marketplace.
