Stamp Collectors LLC operates a multi-vendor online marketplace at https://shop.stampcollectors.us (the “Marketplace”). Independent third-party sellers list and sell products directly to buyers through the Marketplace. Stamp Collectors LLC provides the Marketplace platform only and is not the seller of record for items sold by independent sellers. All payments for Marketplace purchases are processed exclusively through PayPal.
All payments are processed through PayPal under PayPal’s marketplace and payment processing services agreements.
Return Eligibility
Return eligibility applies to both defective and non-defective products. Independent sellers may offer voluntary returns for eligible items based on the seller’s stated return terms on the listing. If a seller does not offer a voluntary return, buyers may still be able to seek resolution through PayPal Buyer Protection for eligible transactions.
Seller return policies do not limit or override a buyer’s rights under PayPal Buyer Protection for eligible transactions.
Return Window
Buyers may request a return, exchange, or open a dispute for eligible Marketplace purchases within 180 days from the date of the PayPal transaction, in accordance with PayPal Buyer Protection terms and Google Merchant Center return requirements.
This 180-day period applies to both defective and non-defective products. Sellers may offer additional voluntary return handling within this period, but seller policies do not restrict a buyer’s ability to file an eligible PayPal claim within 180 days.
Some product listings may contain seller-provided text imported from other marketplaces that references different return time limits. Those statements apply only to voluntary seller returns on those external platforms and do not change PayPal Buyer Protection rights for eligible purchases made on Stamp Collectors Marketplace.
How to Initiate a Return
Returns must be initiated by contacting the seller directly to obtain return authorization and mailing instructions. The seller’s voluntary return terms (if offered) are shown on the product listing and/or in the order details page.
First, contact the seller through the order messaging system to request a return or refund. If you cannot resolve the matter with the seller, you may open a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center within PayPal’s applicable timeframe.
All approved returns are completed by mail in accordance with the seller’s instructions. Buyers must follow the seller’s stated return process and comply with any return requirements communicated by the seller.
If a return issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller, buyers may open a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center within the applicable PayPal timeframe.
Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under PayPal Buyer Protection. Sellers do not charge restocking fees for returned items. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be returned in new or slightly used condition, consistent with the condition in which the item was received, and in accordance with the seller’s return requirements. Sellers may specify reasonable condition standards, provided they do not conflict with PayPal Buyer Protection eligibility.
Refund Process
Once a seller receives and inspects a returned item in accordance with the seller’s return terms, the seller will issue a refund through PayPal. Once a return is approved and processed through PayPal, refunds are issued within 30 days, subject to PayPal’s processing timelines and the buyer’s payment method.
Stamp Collectors LLC does not issue refunds directly and does not hold returned items.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 30 days of PayPal approving the refund or dispute resolution. The time required for funds to appear in the buyer’s account may vary depending on PayPal and the buyer’s financial institution.
PayPal Buyer Protection
Eligible Marketplace purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. PayPal Buyer Protection may apply to transactions involving items not received or items significantly not as described.
Buyers must open disputes or claims through PayPal’s Resolution Center within PayPal’s required timeframe. PayPal determines eligibility, investigation outcomes, and final resolutions. Stamp Collectors LLC does not adjudicate PayPal disputes and does not override PayPal’s decisions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items and are handled directly between the buyer and the seller. Exchange eligibility, availability, and procedures are determined by the seller and must comply with PayPal Buyer Protection terms.
Platform Limitations
Stamp Collectors LLC does not accept returns, store returned merchandise, or process refunds directly. All fulfillment, return handling, and refund issuance are the responsibility of the seller or PayPal, depending on the resolution method used.
