Stamp Collectors operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Shipping terms vary by seller.

This Shipping Policy describes the default shipping terms that apply to Marketplace listings unless an individual seller specifies custom shipping fees or delivery timelines. Independent sellers may offer their own shipping terms, which will be clearly disclosed on the product listing and at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility

Each product listed on Stamp Collectors is sold and shipped directly by an independent vendor.
Shipping rates, handling times, carriers, and delivery methods are determined solely by the individual vendor.
Shipping charges are set by the seller. Some listings may include free shipping, and some listings may include a shipping fee. Shipping charges (if any) and available delivery options are shown on the product page and at checkout.

All default shipping costs are calculated in United States Dollars (USD).

Shipping Timeframes

Vendors are responsible for accurately stating their handling and shipping timelines.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Vendor handling time
- Shipping carrier selected
- Destination location
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the vendor and/or carrier. When no seller-specific delivery timeframe is provided, the default total delivery time is 2 to 17 business days from the date the order is placed. The shipping charge (if any) and delivery estimate displayed at checkout are the final terms for that order.

Tracking Information

If a carrier tracking number is available, a vendor may provide tracking information after an order has shipped.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected by the vendor.

International Shipping

Marketplace checkout currently supports shipping destinations within the United States only. Some seller-provided listing text may reference international shipping or customs from other platforms; those references do not mean international shipping is available through Stamp Collectors checkout. Shipping availability and rates are determined by the options shown at checkout.
