Tracking your order

• Order status: After you place an order, sellers can mark it as shipped and may provide tracking details. You can view this information in the Dashboard > Orders section.

• Shipping notification: Once an order is marked as shipped, you’ll receive an email notification.

• Tracking details: If tracking has been provided, you’ll see it under the Tracking section at the bottom of your order.

If there’s a concern with your order

• Contact the seller first: In most cases, the seller should be your first point of contact. Simply click Message Seller next to your order in the Dashboard > Orders.

• PayPal protection: If your order doesn’t show up or is not as described, PayPal Buyer Protection ensures you can receive a full refund, including shipping.

• Filing a PayPal claim: If you and the seller cannot resolve the issue, go to the PayPal transaction details page and view “Submit A Claim” section on the page.
