Dashboard > Settings > Shipping Methods
When you start selling on Stamp Collectors, the default shipping rate is set to USPS First-Class mail. Shipping is auto-calculated based on the location of the buyer.
You will also notice some other inactive shipping methods that we have provided, such as USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, etc. These are all auto-calculated based on the the buyer’s location. You can enable the ones you want to offer your customers.
IMPORTANT: If you enable multiple shipping services, your buyers will have the option to choose the one they prefer at checkout. In order to force a buyer to one shipping method, make sure that only one shipping method is enabled.
Flat-Rate Shipping
If you prefer to offer your customers a flat shipping fee on all of your items, you can create a New Shipping Method. To offer multiple flat-rate shipping methods, create multiple new shipping methods. You can also offer a combination of auto-calculated and flat-rate shipping options by creating and enabling select methods.
Free Shipping
There is also a Free Shipping method available in the default shipping list. You can offer free shipping along with upgraded auto-calculated or manually created flat-rate options by enabling multiple shipping options. To only offer Free Shipping, disable the other default shipping methods and enable the Free Shipping method.
