I have 2 post cards from the 1920’s that have franklin stamps and both have 11 preferations bottom and top just not sure how to identify besides that?
You need a stamp measurment gauge. The sides should also measure perf 11. The stamp design (the colored area on the paper, not all the way to the perforation holes, would measure 19.75mm x 22.25mm. If that is the case you’ll need to send it to a stamp expertizing service like PSE in order to confirm.
