 Some are gold some aren’t..

These are referred to as gold replica stamps. They are a novelty item, common, and do not have enough gold in them to make it worth anything. You’d need thousands of them to extract any significant amount of gold. Unfortunately they have no monetary value. The same with the other ones without gold. They are common stamps that were dressed up with pretty envelopes and some history. They are neat, but thats about it. No value.
