Here is a 1922 stamp that I can’t find a value on. Can you help? Thanks.
I am not an expert on foreign stamps. I waited to see if any of our other community members had info on this before responding. If it’s not in the Scott catalogue for Russia or related countries it could be a number of things including facsimiles, cinderellas, local revenues, etc. And most of the time if not noted in the catalogue there is not a considerable market for such material, and thus low/no value applies.
