What happened to the common stamps for Irish stamps. In 2020 Scott #66 was valued at $1.50, Scott #68 was $ .75, Scott 107, 109, 111, 112 and 113 were valued at $1.40 each. All of them in the Scott 2026 catalogue are now at the $.25 minimum stamp value. There are many other price reductions for Ireland. Anybody know why Scott reduced so many of the Irish stamps?
