On Stamp Collectors, sellers are responsible for their own listings, shipping, and refund procedures. If you need to request a return or refund, you should start by contacting the seller directly.
How to contact the seller

Log into your account and go to the Orders section of your Dashboard.

Locate the order you’re concerned about.

Click on the Contact Seller button next to the order.
All eligible purchases made on Stamp Collectors are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions regardless of the return and refund policies of the seller.
PayPal Buyer Protection covers:
- If you didn’t receive your item from a seller (referred to as an “Item Not Received” claim), a dispute must be opened within 180 days of the date you sent the payment to the seller.
- If you received an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered (referred to as a “Significantly Not as Described” claim), a dispute must be opened within 180 days of the date you sent the payment to the seller.
Filing A Claim
If you and the seller cannot reach a resolution, you may file a claim with PayPal. Through PayPal Buyer Protection, eligible purchases and shipping costs are covered. To initiate a claim, go to the transaction details in PayPal and view “Submit A Claim” section on the page.
