I have two stamps like Scott 348. One cent green Franklin coil with straight sides with a difference; one has 11 perf and one has 10. The 348 is supposed to have 12. Can anyone identify these two. Thanks
Correction: both are p10.
Both came out of New Mexico 1930 and 1936.
Only the Washington face coils were issued in perf 10. The only thing close to that for a Franklin coil would be like a 390 or 392 that are perf 8.5. Or it could be a reperfed stamp which is beyond common with these issues.

Still figuring this out. Re-perforated? Common? Never heard of it. Thanks
Looks to me like the original perforations
This is a vertical coil perforate 10 horizontally. Scott 604.
